PRODUCTION PILOT

Stability first.
Scale by evidence.

The near-term goal is a dependable, secure paper-trading service. Infrastructure expansion happens only after measured pilot performance justifies it.

NOW

Harden the pilot

Keep private access, authentication controls, automated delivery, rollback, monitoring, budgets, and backups healthy.

  • One ECS task
  • Single-AZ RDS
  • Single-node Redis
VALIDATE

Prove paper workflows

Exercise login, terminal loading, persistence, provider connectivity, simulated portfolios, and paper orders after each deployment.

  • No broker order path
  • Clear data-state labels
  • Failures visible to operators
MEASURE

Complete the stability gate

Collect thirty consecutive stable pilot days, at least 99.5% application health, no data-loss incident, and an understood monthly cost trend.

LATER

Review redundancy

Only after the gate is met, separately review Multi-AZ RDS, redundant Redis, and two ECS tasks with explicit cost approval.

Permanent boundary: the production pilot remains a research and paper-trading environment. Enabling live broker execution is outside this roadmap and requires a separate safety, compliance, and product decision.
